The accuracy of the intercept method is a function of the number of points or intercepts calculated. Accuracy of ±0.25 degree can be achieved through valid statistical results. The measurement results of the intercept method are unbiased, with reproducibility and reproducibility less than ±0.5. For the same precision level, the intercept method is faster than the area method because it does not need to accurately measure the intercept point or intercept number.
